Update:  Hunted a new place today.  Just hung this set yesterday and it was a beautiful afternoon hunt.  Nothing moved through today, but was pleased to see a young buck in the neighbor's field as well as another unseen deer heard scampering through at dark.  Lot's of trails but no other scrapes or rubs that I've seen so far.  May have to save this spot for rifle and hunt the edge of the big field?

2012 MN Archery Opener!  Sat in the ground blind this morning and only heard a doe alarm. Never SA her but she must have smelled something!

This afternoon I climbed in the strap on stand I finally out up in the big maple overlooking the center clover plot.

Got up the stand and set up around 4:30 and about 5 two youngsters came and went quickly. Something alarmed them as well.
